TEAM Z Racers
Before the snow flies, strength, balance, and endurance start on solid ground. Our 6 week Dryland Training Program helps young skiers build the athletic foundation they need for a successful and injury-free winter season.
Our program focuses on body awareness, coordination, agility, and sport specific strength. We build abilities critical for carving turns, maintaining control, and racing with confidence. Each week builds progressively, while preparing athletes both physically and mentally for the demands of ski racing.
